Today, seducing, attracting and retaining the best talent has never been more essential and, at the same time, never been more challenging. In a time when young job-seekers have grown increasingly attracted by entrepreneurship and independent work, it has become imperative for large groups like Unibail-Rodamco to rethink their recruitment efforts by focusing on powerful employer brand messages.

We developed Unibail-Rodamco’s employer brand by capitalizing on its primary mission: "Reinvent being together". Thus, the entirety of the employer message was designed to leverage the Reinvent concept, which reflects the group’s ambitions for the future and articulates an aspirational promise for Millennials, Unibail-Rodamco’s main recruitment target. Using this promise as a strategic foundation, we accompanied the group in creating stands at employment fairs throughout France and Europe, and in drafting and producing communication material for both internal and external use (flyers, leaflets, LinkedIn posts, etc.).
